Whole wheat bread4 slices
• Boiled potato – 1 medium (100–120 g)
• Tomato – 1 small, finely chopped
• Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
• Homemade coriander chutney – 2 tbsp
• Lemon juice – 1 tsp
• Black pepper – 2 pinches
• Oregano – 1/2 tsp
• Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
• Salt – as per taste

Method

1. Mash the boiled potato in a bowl.
2. Add chopped onion, tomato, oregano, cumin powder, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt.
3. Spread coriander chutney on bread slices.
4. Add the potato mixture evenly.
5. Toast on a pan or sandwich griller until crisp.
6. Serve hot with mint chutney.
